Neodymium magnet can be made in many kinds of shapes like Ring, Disc, Cylinder, Arc, Block, Stick, Cuboid, Cube, Bar, Countersunk, Segment, Trapezoid and other abnormal shape according to customers' requirement. Customized shapes for 35SH magnet for high low RPM Synchronous motor are available.

NdFeB magnet is an alloy magnet made from Nd,Fe,B and other metal elements,which has the high remanence,high coercive force,high energy and high performance/cost ratio.The highest magnetic properties is from 33MGOe to 52MGOe,and we are able to control the magnetic properties within the range as you demanded,like SH,UH,EH such high stable properties could be produced as per your industrial application.

Rare earth permanent magnet Ndfeb is the strongest permanent magnet in contemporary magnets. Its magnetic potential is so high that it can pull up to 640 times its own weight. The mechanical properties of Ndfeb magnets are better than other magnets. More easy to cut and drill and complex shape processing. Its disadvantages are poor temperature performance, high magnetic loss at high temperature, low maximum operating temperature. It's usually about 80 degrees Celsius, and after a special treatment, Its maximum operating temperature can reach 200 degrees Celsius. Because the material contains a large amount of neodymium and iron, it is easy to rust is also a major weakness. So Ndfeb magnet must be coated on the surface. Can be electroplated nickel (Ni), zinc (Zn), gold (Au), chromium (Cr), Epoxy resin (Epoxy), etc.
